7-Day Return Policy

We offer a generous 7-day return window, commencing from the day you receive your item. This provides you with ample time to assess your purchase and initiate a return if necessary.

Eligibility for Return

For a successful return, the item must fulfill the following criteria:

  • The item must remain in its original condition, unaltered from when you received it.
  • It should be unworn or unused.
  • All tags must remain attached.
  • The original packaging must be intact. Additionally, please retain the receipt or proof of purchase for verification purposes.

Initiating a Return

To commence the return process, simply reach out to us at support@callistabeauty.pk. Our dedicated customer support team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide a return shipping label.

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

While we strive for excellence in product quality, we acknowledge the possibility of receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Should this occur, kindly notify us immediately, and we'll address the issue promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are ineligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns. These include perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases cannot be returned. Should you have inquiries regarding a specific item, feel free to contact us.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

Should you desire an exchange, the most efficient method is to initiate a return for the original item and proceed with a separate purchase for the desired item. This ensures a seamless transition and minimizes delays in receiving your preferred product.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
