For a successful return, the item must fulfill the following criteria:

• It should be unworn or unused.
• All tags must remain attached.
• The original packaging must be intact. Additionally, please retain the receipt or proof of purchase for verification purposes.

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued only in the form of a store coupon, which you can use for future purchases on our website.

Please note that no refunds will be made to your original payment method (such as bank account or credit card).
